Winter Wonderland

I usually hate winter. I hate frozen feet and hands, I hate dry wintry skin and I hate getting up in the cold mornings. However, there is one thing that makes those bleak winter days worth it - skiing. The beauty of the snow capped mountains as you ride up the chairlifts and then the rush you get as you ride down that mountain is indescribable. Here are some photos from New Zealand that do not even begin to express that feeling when you're standing on the top of that peak, mustering up the courage to go over the edge.
